Senior Software Engineer


  • User Interface development on a web-scale cloud log analytics and monitoring solution (http://www.sumologic.com), primarily responsible for content management and initial experience UIs

Glam Media, Inc.

Software Developer


  • Ruby on Rails application development of the GlamAdapt Automate self-service ad purchasing system, also used by CBS Interactive, TimeDigital and Linden Labs
  • Wrote a custom Rails plugin, heavy on jQuery, to manage parent/child dynamic connected select boxes
  • Developed a geotargeting widget, mix of a Rails helper and jQuery, with specific appearance and behavior tailored to approximately 10 different uses in the app

Kachingle, Inc.

Web Developer


  • Wrote substantially all of the Kachingle Ruby on Rails application for beta launch of the service using Rails with MySQL.
  • Developed the Kachingle Medallion WordPress plugin in PHP
  • Implemented and prototyped new site features in PHP and JavaScript

Technical Marketing Lead

  • Managed the NetDynamics support delivery team--up to 11 support engineers, three escalation engineers, and a premier accounts manager
  • Handled average monthly team caseload of 550 calls and 25 escalations
  • Reduced average time to close by 33%, from 5.25 days to 3.5 days
